Cookies

So i know it has been an extremely LONG time since i have posted a blog but i will try to be better but this was will be a quickie just felt like i needed to let everyone know that Dad and i made cookies together. No Kidding Dad really did help me with making cookies. How did it come about one may ask... well we were sitting at the dinner table and i suggested we make another cake (mom and i had previously made a 2 layer chocolate cake earlier in the week. all from scratch) than dad and grandma both said that was a wonderful idea than we continued to sit their until we bounced around a few more ideas of different desserts all really elaborate... eclairs... cinnamon rolls among the few... we landed on cookies even after talking about how one makes butter cream and cheese... well i said i would make the cookies but dad had to help... so he said ok... needless to say we made some delicious cookies! I know it was crazy... I think we can all remember the last time dad attempted to make cookies... we will just say they turned out perfect this time! :)
